Frequently Asked Questions

When you have placed your order with Joje Designs, I will contact you for your event details and a proof will be sent to you within 7 working days.  If any alterations are required, I will send a further proof for your approval.  Once a final proof has been agreed and no further changes are to be made, your wedding invitations will be handmade and dispatched within 28 working days.

Yes, one of my favourite aspects of the process is collaborating with customers to create their very own unique designs.  All of my wedding sets can be altered to incorporate any of the characteristics from any other set.  So, if there is something about the design of the folder, invitation, font, colours etc. that you would like altered, please contact me and I will be more than happy to fulfil your exact requirements.

Yes.  The wording I have used on all my items is just an example.  I can use any wording you would like, this will be agreed in the proof once you have placed your order.

All wedding items, cards and gifts are all fully personalised items, therefore they cannot be returned unless faulty.  For wedding invitations a proof will be sent for your approval which can be altered until a final proof is approved.  Proofs are issued for you to check that all wording and spellings are correct.  If there is a mistake that was present in the proofs, they can only be corrected at extra cost.  Please see Returns and Proof Policies below.
