Once you're happy to go ahead and a minimum 50% deposit has been paid, your order will be booked into my production schedule.

I work to the date you need your stationery rather than beginning every order immediately. Your production slot will be scheduled no more than one month before your required date, giving us plenty of time to finalise your design, approve your proofs and carefully produce your stationery.

I'll confirm your timescale with you when you book, so you'll know when to expect your stationery.

Possibly! If you're working to a shorter timescale, please get in touch and let me know what you need, the approximate quantity and when you need it by.

I'll check my current workload and let you know whether I'm able to accommodate your timescale. I'll always do my best to help where I can.

Absolutely. All of my wedding stationery can be personalised to make it feel completely your own. Colours, fonts, florals and other design elements can often be changed to complement your wedding style and colour palette.

If you love elements from different JOJE DESIGNS collections, I'm also happy to explore combining them to create something just for you.

And if you have something completely different in mind, my bespoke design service is available at no additional design charge.

Absolutely. The wording shown on my samples is simply an example and can be changed to suit your wedding and the information you would like to include.

Your wording will be included in your digital proof, giving you the opportunity to check everything carefully and request any changes before the design is approved for printing.

As wedding stationery is personalised and created especially for you, it cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty.

You will receive a digital proof to approve before your stationery is printed. Please check all names, dates, wording and spelling carefully, as any errors approved at the proofing stage may incur an additional cost to correct or reprint.

No. My bespoke design service is available at no additional design charge. Bespoke stationery is priced in the same way as my Wedding Collections, based on the invitation style, materials and finishing touches you choose.

Whether you'd like to adapt one of my existing designs or create something completely unique around your colours, florals, venue or wedding theme, I'll work with you to create stationery that's personal to your day.

Yes. I understand how important it is to see and feel the quality of your wedding stationery before making your final decision.

Samples are available so you can see the card, print quality and overall finish in person. Please get in touch and let me know which design or invitation style you're interested in, and I'll advise you on the sample options available.

Yes. My wedding stationery is priced in sets of 10.

For designs from my Wedding Collections, the minimum order is 10 invitations.

For my Bespoke Design Service, the minimum order is 30 invitations.

If you require a quantity that isn't shown on the website, please get in touch and I'll be happy to provide a price for the quantity you need.

Yes. Your wedding invitations can be individually personalised with each guest’s name, giving them a beautifully finished and personal touch.

Guest name personalisation is available at an additional cost. Once your design has been finalised, I’ll let you know how to provide your guest list and will include the names as part of the proofing process before printing.

Yes, depending on the envelope size.

C6 RSVP envelopes can be printed directly with your chosen address or return address.

Due to their size and thickness, C5 invitation envelopes cannot be printed directly. However, I can provide coordinating printed address labels as an alternative.

Envelope printing and printed address labels are available at an additional cost. Please get in touch for current pricing.

Absolutely. I can create coordinating stationery to carry your chosen design throughout your wedding, from your invitations through to the day itself.

This can include Save the Dates, Orders of Service, place cards, menus, table numbers, table plans, welcome signs, Order of Events signs, favour boxes and other finishing touches.
